BRAVO! is open Monday thru Saturday 11am-9pm. Lunch and Dinner served. Full Bar in the restaurant. American Bistro flare. Great tasting food! From simple soup and salad combo to Gourmet Pizzas and Half Roast Duckling. Best homemade soups in town and a gourmet Salad Bar offered for Lunch—11am-5pm Monday thru Friday. It’s sold by the weight $7.95 a pound, and changes daily. Expect to see specialty salads like penne pesto chicken salad, creamed herring, artichoke hearts, stuffed dolmas etc. The salad bar is great for a quick lunch at BRAVO!, lunch on the go or for picnic fixings for a hike etc.


The lunch menu features salads, pastas, pizza, chicken and traditional sandwiches like BLT and reubens to name only a few. The unique thing about BRAVO! is that you can choose any bottle of wine from the retail shelves and drink it on-premise with your meal! There’s NO corkage charge to open the bottle. As a result, unlike most restaurant dining, you save anywhere from 25-50% off the price of the wines with your meal. And there is a great wine by the glass menu, not to mention “Flights of Wine”. Choose 4 wines off the wine by the glass menu and sample 4-3oz. portions of wines for only $12.00 .

Not hungry enough for dinner, too late for lunch?—Come in and graze on the appetizer menu! Served all day! 10 items to choose: Here’s a sampling: Shrimp cocktail, fried calamari, egg rolls, Chef’s homemade pate to mussels marinara! Have an appetizer with a “flight of beer”. That’s 4-3oz samplings of beer from our ten draught handles.

Dinner gets better, served at 5pm.! Buffalo blue cheese burgers, mesquite grilled chicken quesadilla, lobster and shrimp ravioli. Gourmet pizza du jour. And to boot, the chef also has daily specials! BRAVO! is family friendly and has a kid’s menu. A totally smoke-free environment inside, although smoking is permitted on the outdoor patio.


That’s not all. Upon entering BRAVO!, you’ll be tempted by their eight foot Desserts case featuring items from tiramisu to bread pudding. And other great desserts from Plaza Sweets Dessert Co. and Chocolate Maven Bakery and famous Sasha & the Pasha Cookies. Artisan bread comes from the local Taos Bakery!

When you’re all done eating—choose from Northern New Mexico’s largest selection of microbrew beers to take home. Also sold is a great selection of tequilas, single malt scotches, vodkas and gins. Wines from all over the world. Match that with a gourmet selection of cheeses and pates, smoked salmon and caviar! Gourmet chocolates, cookies and more! Don’t forget the cigars for the party!
